精品 毕业论文(设计) 题 目: 物流企业服务营销策略探讨 系部名称: 经济管理系 专业班级: 工商071班 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 教师职称: 2011年06月06日 摘要 物流企业在当今社会生产中发挥越来越重要的作用,成为覆盖面最为广泛的行业之一。在我国加入WTO以后,国外的物流供应商正加快步伐进军中国市场,物流企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。在这个服务经济时代,以顾客为导向的客服关系管理思想日益引起了理论界和企业界的重视,而系统的、全面地将物流企业与服务营销结合起来进行研究仍有待完善。虽然是一个新兴的行业,但物流服务在我国担负着为各行各业提供现代物流服务的使命。物流服务营销是物流企业战略管理中的一项重要内容。这需要从物流企业,所处的内外部分析入手,研究和确定出自己的服务营销策略。本文是从我国物流服务营销现状出发,通过对已有策略的研究,借鉴其他行业的成功案例,引出对新策略的思考和探讨。 本文主要运用了文献分析法和案例分析法,提出了论文主要的研究框架。通过对大量物流企业服务营销进行的研究分析,并结合实际的案例对现代物流行业中服务营销存在的主要问题进行深入的剖析。对这些问题产生的根源以及相应的对策进行研究总结,为当代的物流企业解决此类问题提出建设性的建议。 关键词:物流企业;服务营销; 营销策略。 Abstract With the continuing reform of economic system, accelerating the process of internationalization of Chinas logistics industry has been a rapid development, but compared with developed countries of Western Logistics, Chinas logistics industry is still in its early development stage and, many Logistics enterprises are small, extensive management, weak competitiveness, logistics costs are still high.Constantly opening up in Chinas logistics market as well as some famous multinational logistics enterprises with the influx of the Context. the logistics market more competitive.High logistics costs, has seriously affected the development and growth of logistics enterprises, enterprises in the fierce market competition in order to survive and develop, it is necessary for enterprises to control and optimize the logistics cost, thereby reducing the cost of logistics enterprises and improve economic efficiency..
