l l 摘要 随着全球环境保护浪潮的兴起和贸易保护政策的出台，国际社会对环境保护的要求越来越高，渐受瞩目的“绿色壁垒”作为一种全新的贸易保护手段悄然登上国际舞台。本文主要分为三部分，首先阐述了绿色壁垒的含义和基本概念，介绍其发展历史和演变过程，并对发达国家利用经济和技术的优势通过绿色壁垒有效地保护本国市场从而对广大发展中国家形成了不平等的贸易关系且给发展中国家造成巨大的经济损失进行机理分析；其次，本文结合烟台苹果的产业现状和出口现状，分析在当今开放经济条件下烟台苹果出口遭遇的绿色壁垒障碍，以及所面临的新的机遇和挑战；最后，对烟台苹果出口所面临的问题从国家和烟台苹果行业两方面提出自己的一些合理化策略及建议，希望能帮助减少绿色壁垒对烟台苹果出口的影响，促进烟台苹果产业的国际化发展。 关键词：绿色壁垒；烟台苹果出口贸易；影响；对策 Research on green barrier′s influences to Yantai apple export and countermeasures Abstract: As the global environmental protection wave rising and trade protection policy coming on stage,the international society for environmental protection demand more and more.Green trade barrier come on the international stage as a new mode of trade protection. This paper is divided into three sections .First ,it expounds the meaning and basic concepts of the green barriers,introduces its historical development and evolutionary process and analyze the developed countries protecting their own market through green trade barrier with the advantage of economy and technology ,taking enormous economical damage to the developing countries. Second,combining with the export situation Yantai apple faced, analyzes the opportunities and challenges caused by the green barriers in today’s open economy situation. Finally,according to the difficulties of Yantai apple export, we put forward some countermeasures and proposals，and hope to ease the influences of Yantai apple export caused by the green barriers and promote the international development of Yantai apple.
