It also proposed 4 implementation plans combined with specific implementation approaches according to the physical truth: extend the limitation on medical information subject majors; adopt the form of rotating learning for the best selection; establish reasonable and standard working systems and incentive systems; share out the work and cooperate with one another and set clear lines of responsibility.
