急性脑梗死患者血脂水平及血液流变学临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血脂水平及血液流变学的变化。方法 以本院2011年6月～2013年1月收治的52例急性脑梗死患者为观察组，并以同期的50例健康体检者为对照组，分别检测其血脂水平和血液流变学指标，对比分析两组以上指标的变化。结果 与对照组比较，观察组TC、TG和HDL水平差异无统计学意义（P0.05），但观察组LDL水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组全血高切黏度、血浆黏度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平及血细胞比容均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 急性脑梗死患者血脂LDL水平及血液流变学指标均有明显异常改变，对临床急性脑梗死的诊断和预后有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 急性脑梗死；血脂；血液流变学 　　[中图分类号] R743 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0179-02 　　Clinical analysis of lipid levels and hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction 　　CAI Mei-chang 　　Internal Medicine of Central Hospital in Wudi County in Shandong Province，Wudi 251900，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of lipid levels and hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 52 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2011 to January 2013 were enrolled into the observation group，while 50 cases healthy people did physical examination in the same period were enrolled into the control group.Blood lipid levels and hemodynamic indicators of all the people were detected. Results Compared with the control group，the differences of TC，TG and HDL levels in observation group showed were not statistically significant（P0.05），but the LDL level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Shear viscosity of the whole blood and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）； The whole blood viscosity，fibrinogen and hematocrit of the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P0.01）. Conclusion Lipids LDL level and hemodynamic indicators in patients with acute cerebral infarction change significantly comparing to healthy people，which is of great significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. 　　[Key words] Acute cerebral infarction；Lipids；Hemodyn
