本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：摩托车主要性能实验设计 与质量改进研究 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 专 业： 工业工程 班 级： 080212 学 生： 学 号： 080212114 指导教师： 2012年06月  摩托车主要性能实验设计与质量改进研究 摘 要 在我国摩托车行业快速发展的同时，行业的整体研发水平相对落后。随着人们生活水平的提高，对摩托车的使用性能的要求也越来越高。随着道路条件的改善、车速的提高，摩托车的行驶安全性、舒适性、动力性、燃油经济性等性能已成为摩托车的重要商品性因素。因此研究摩托车各主要性能的实验设计和质量改进不仅具有理论意义，也具有实用价值。 本文正是基于正交实验设计方法对摩托车各主要性能最优参数进行确定。包括对摩托车的动力性、安全性、舒适性、燃油性、制动性等性能进行了最优参数的确定，同时，应用过程方法分析影响摩托车质量的各个过程并绘制出相应的乌龟图，应用戴明环对摩托车进行质量改进研究，运用因果图分析原因并提出解决问题的方法。最终获得摩托车主要性能的最优组合参数，并依据所得数据对摩托车进行质量改进，取得良好效果。 关键词：摩托车；性能；正交实验设计；质量改进  Motorcycle Main Performance Experimental Design and Quality Improvement Research Abstract In the rapid development of Chinese motorcycle industry at the same time, The overall level of research and development of the industry is relatively backward . With the improvement of road conditions , increased speed, the motorcycle driving safety , comfort , power , fuel economy performance has become an important commodity of the motorcycle, therefore, the experimental design of study motorcycle performance and quality improvement not only of theoretical significance , but also has practical value. This article is based on orthogonal experimental design method for motorcycle performance optimal parameters for determining .The optimal parameters , including power, security , comfort , fuel , braking performance of motorcycles. At the same time, effect analysis of the method for the application of quality in all processes of motorcycle and draw a turtle, Study on the application of Deming circle on motorcycles to quality improvement, Using causes and proposed solutions to the problem of cause and effect analysis method, Eventually obtains the optimal combination of motorcycle performance parameters, Quality improvements is based on data obtained from the motorcycle, and achieved good results.
