CT对骨关节结核的诊断价值 陈琨 临澧县人民医院放射科湖南常德415200 目的：通过对骨关节结核CT表现的分析，提高对骨关节结核的认识， 并研究骨关节结核采用CT诊断的价值。方法：针对骨关节结核的62例患者的临 床资料和CT表现进行回顾性分析，同时研究了其X线平片的诊断结果。结果： 通过对所研究的62例患者的临床资料和CT表现等回顾性分析，可得在所有病例 中：脊柱结核共有40例，髋关节结核10例，膝关节结核5例，骶髂关节结核3 例，腕关节结核3例，剩下1例为踝关节结核。X线的主要表现是骨质疏松和骨 质破坏，关节间隙增宽和不均匀性变窄，相邻部位的软组织肿胀，椎间隙变窄, 脊椎侧弯或后凸畸形等。CT的主要表现为：骨型关节结核的表现跟X线中的表 现基木一致，而在滑膜型关节结核中所表现的是关节腔积液、关节囊加厚，脊椎 结核能够发现椎间盘及椎弓根的破坏，以及脓肿壁钙化等现象。结论：通过CT 来对骨关节结核进行检验和诊断，能够有效的将滑膜型关节结核跟骨质破坏的程 度等特征显示出来，并且同时显示的还有骨质破坏的范围和冷脓肿等特征[1], 便于早期发现病变，提高了诊断的效率和水平。 关键词.?
