精品 微波提取金银花中总黄酮的研究 摘要：以水作为提取溶剂，采用微波提取的方法，从中药材金银花中提取总黄酮，以芦丁为对照品，加入显色剂后，以相应试剂作空白,用分光光度法对所提取总黄酮的含量进行了测定。以金银花中总黄酮的含量为考察指标，讨论了微波提取料液比、提取功率、提取时间等因素对总黄酮提取效果的影响。确定了每个因素的最佳范围。通过正交试验，确定微波提取金银花中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为：料液比1:20，提取功率为440W，提取时间7min。并与传统水回流法对照，经F-检验法及t-检验法检验，测定结果没有显著性差异。实验表明，微波法提取金银花中的总黄酮,产率较高,时间较短,提取时间由传统回流的2小时缩短为7分钟,且设备简单,操作简便,可作为提取金银花中总黄酮化合物的一种有效方法,亦可借鉴于其它中草药中有效成份的提取。 关键词：金银花；总黄酮；微波；正交实验 Microwave extraction honeysuckle in the study of flavonoids Abstract：With water as a solvent extraction, microwave extraction method, extracted from Chinese herbal medicines honeysuckle total flavonoids, a reference substance for Rutin, adding reagent, to the corresponding blank reagents for use by spectrophotometry from the total of Flavonoids in the determination.
