科学文献检索论文 第 PAGE 2 页 共 NUMPAGES 15 页 城市地理学 我国房地产现状与问题及对策研究 学号:2011108112 摘要: 近年来，我国经济体制改革的不断深入，房地产经济得到了迅速的发展，房地产经济在国民经济发展中地位日益重要，房地产业逐步成为我国强大经济支柱之一。但随着我国房地产经济运行的不断深入，关系到千家万户合法权益的住房问题也日益凸显。房地产经济的发展关系着社会财富的流向和社会的稳定，房地产经济运行出现偏离正常轨道的迹象时，政府就需要采取相应的措施：研究房地产经济的运行，考虑到房和地的耦合性，将土地产权理论、地租地价理论、区位理论等结合实际，分析在房地产投资、房地产开发建设等过程中，一些经济理论对房地产经济运行的影响和作用，揭示和反映房地产经济运行的特点和规律，并找出问题对症下药。 关键词：房地产 现状 问题 对策 China real estate industry present situation and problem and countermeasure research Wang Kun-hua1, Fu Jin-mu2, Li Jing3 School of earth science and Engineering, Su Zhou University, Su Zhou, Abstract: In recent years，with the China＇s economic system reform, real estate economy got rapid development, real estate economy is playing an increasingly important role in the development of national economy, the real estate industry in China has gradually become a strong pillar of the economy. But as China’s real estate economy deeply, related to the legitimate rights and interests of thousands of households housing problems.
