摘 要 当前，在J2EE平台下开发Web应用系统是实现单位信息化的主要解决方案。使用框架技术可以简化开发流程，缩短开发时间。但J2EE自身的EJB模型配置部署复杂，制约其广泛应用。开源框架技术的发展为Web应用开发带来新选择。由于开源框架种类繁多，技术特点和应用范围各异，如何选择恰当的框架技术来构建企业级Web应用系统是一个需要解决的问题。此外，传统Web应用中普遍存在的交互能力差、界面不友好等问题，也构成了Web应用发展的瓶颈。 本论文，首先在理论上介绍了Ajax技术的由来、发展过程和应用现状；其次分析了Ajax技术中包含的关键技术以及分工协作的情况；比较了传统的web开发模式和基于Ajax技术下的开发模式不同点；概括了Ajax技术的原则和优缺点；描述了J2EE的体系结构以及在J2EE框架上的整合技术，讨论了其中会带来的各种影响和问题；同时针对Ajax技术在应用中会遇到的各种各样的问题，提出了相应的解决方案；最后在实践上，详细介绍了南通女子监狱绩效考核系统的设计与实现，描述了其各个功能模块的设计，该系统构建了基于B/S模式的南通女子监狱绩效考核，提供了对各类绩效考核进行组织、整合、控制、划分，并进行有效管理的平台。本文应用Ajax技术对其进行二次开发，以提高系统性能和用户满意度。 关键字 J2EE平台，Web应用，Ajax技术，绩效考核 Abstract At present, in the J2EE platform to develop Web applications is the realization of the main unit of information solutions. Use the technology of framework can make the development process simplify and shorten the development time.But it is complexed to deploy the EJB configuration model which own J2EE, which constrain its widely used. The development of the open-source technology framework can bring the new choice for the Web application development. As the open source framework for a wide range of technical characteristics and different applications, how to choose the right technology framework to build enterprise-class Web applications is a need to be addressed. In addition, the traditional Web applications are prevalent in the cross-poor, unfriendly interface and other issues, also constitute a bottleneck for the development of Web applications.
