第35卷第4期 机    电    工    程 Vol.35 No.4 2018年4 月 Journal of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Apr. 2018 DOI:10.3969/ j.issn.1001-4551.2018.04.005 变支承磁悬浮转子超临界运行仿真研究∗ ∗ 郎成业ꎬ胡雄心 ꎬ胥  芳 (浙江工业大学 特种装备制造与先进加工技术教育部/ 浙江省重点实验室ꎬ浙江 杭州310014) 摘要:针对工业中转子系统在跨越一阶临界转速时ꎬ振动幅度过大及失稳的问题ꎬ通过对转子系统平稳跨越一阶临界转速方法的归 纳和研究ꎬ提出了一种基于主动控制下的磁悬浮轴承—转子系统变支承跨越一阶临界转速的方法ꎮ 首先建立了主动控制下的变支 承磁悬浮转子系统数学模型ꎬ并分析了两支承转子系统和三支承转子系统跨越一阶临界转速时的响应特性ꎻ然后利用ADAMS和 Matlab联合仿真了主动控制下的变支承磁悬浮转子系统跨越一阶临界转速时的振动特性ꎮ 仿真研究结果表明:变支承磁悬浮转子 系统在超临界运行时具有良好的减振效果ꎬ与传统两支承转子系统相比ꎬ其最大振幅减小了52.6%ꎮ 关键词:变支承ꎻ磁悬浮ꎻ主动控制ꎻ临界转速 中图分类号:TH133        文献标志码:A 文章编号:1001-4551(2018)04-0358-05 Simulation of magnetic bearings rotors critical characteristics by active variable supports LANG Cheng ̄yeꎬHU Xiong ̄xinꎬXU Fang (Key Laboratory of E&M. ꎬMinistry of Education & Zhejiang ProvinceꎬZhejiang University of Technologyꎬ Hangzhou310014ꎬChina) Abstract:Aiming at the excessive amplitude vibrationandinstabilitywhenrotorpassthroughthecritical speedꎬandthemethodof therotor system smoothly passthroughthefirst critical speedwereresearched. Anew methodof activevariable support magneticbearingsrotor system for passing through thefirst critical speedwasdescribedinthispaper. Firstlyꎬthemathematical model of variable support magneticbearings rotor system were establishedꎬand the response characteristics of the rotor supported by two and three magnetic bearings were analysed. Thenꎬthe simulation model was established by ADAMSꎬand the model co ̄simulation was accomplished by using ADAMS and Matlab.
