摘 要 随着经济的快速发展和科学水平的不断提高，高层建筑的高度和层数也在不断地增加。进入20世纪90年代，高层建筑建设向着层数更多、标准更高、设备更完善、功能更齐全、技术更先进的方向发展。高层建筑已成为现代化大都市的一种标志 。 高层建筑有别于底层建筑，具有层数多、高度大、振动源多、用水要求高、排水量大等特点，因此对建筑给排水工程的设计、施工、材料及管理方面都提出了新的技术要求。必须采取新的技术措施，才能确保给水排水系统的良好工况，满足各类建筑的功能要求。 本设计主要涉及了高层建筑室内外给水管网的布置、室内外排水管网的布置，室内外消防管网的布置等各方面的内容。以安全、合理、经济为设计原则，以节能为目标来完成对厦门市广元大厦建筑给水排水工程方面的设计。 关键词　高层建筑、建筑给排水工程、安全、合理、经济、节能。 Abstract With the rapid economic development and scientific level continues to improve, the height of high-rise buildings and floors are also increasing.
