Clinical signs are as follows, dispirited spirit, leave group and find a place to stay alone, serous nasal secretions, shook head and discharge grayish yellow or yellow-green excrement, neurological disorders, mucosa necrosis and fibrinous exudates, at the second half part of the of the small intestine section solidified plug appeared and shaped like a sausage. Usually showed sepsis performance. And the morbidity mortality is usually very high, causing great harm to the goose production industry. The subject of this paper focused on the basis of epidemiological, clinical symptoms, autopsy pathology, microbiology, molecular biology and other detection means to make effective diagnosis of this disease, so that understanding and clinical trea
