武汉科技大学高职生毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 17 摘 要 　对外贸易依存度是指一国一定时期商品出口额与进口额之和占国内生产总 值的比重。它反映的是一国经济与整个世界经济发生联系的程度，并在一定程度 上反映了一国对外贸易在其国民经济中的重要性。 改革开放以来，我国的对外贸易依存度呈现不断上升的趋势，2004年高达 70％。本文通过对我国对外贸易依存度的发展和现状的分析，指出我国对外贸易 依存度的上升是多种因素共同作用的结果。既有世界经济好转和我国经济发展等 基本方面的原因，也存在由于统计方法和我国国情等因素的影响，导致我国对外 贸易依存度被高估的原因。 我国对外贸易依存度的上升，一方面使我国经济参与全球一体化的进程加 速，推动了国内产业升级，从而促进了我国经济的增长。另一方面，我国对外贸 易依存度的上升也带来了一系列的消极影响，如对外部力量过度依赖、缺乏主动 权、宏观经济调控的难度增大、经济安全受到影响等。结合我国对外贸易依存度 上升所带来的正反两方面的影响．本文提出了相应的政策建议，以提高我国在国 际经济中的战略地位。 关键词：对外贸易依存度；汇率；产业结构 Abstract Ratio of dependence on foreign trade is the ratio of commodity export and import value to gross domestic product of one country in a certain period. It reflects the connection between the economy of one country and that of the whole world. And it reflects the importance of the foreign trade of one country in its national economy to a certain extent. Ratio of dependence on foreign trade in China has been increasing since the beginning of reform and opening—up. It was as high as 70% in 2004. On the analysis of the development and present conditions of the ratio, the thesis concludes that the ratio’s increase is the result of multiple factors. There are some basic factors, such as the improvement of the worlds economy, the development of Chinas economy, etc. There are also some factors leading to overestimate of the ratio, such as the statistical methods, the fundamental realities of China, etc. On the one hand，the increase of ratio of dependence on foreign trade accelerates China’s participation in the global economic integration process, promotes domestic industrial upgrading, and boosts China’s economic growth. On the other hand, its increase brings a series of negative impacts, such as excessive dependence on external forces, lack of initiative, much more difficulty in macroeconomic regulation, the threat to economic security, etc. Considering the positive and negative effects of the increasing ratio, corresponding policy recommendations are
