PAGE 青岛恒星职业技术学院高等职业教育专科 印刷技术专业毕业论文（设计） 青岛恒星职业技术学院 毕业论文（设计） 题目： 油墨呈色性能的研究 姓名： 学号： 指导教师： 所在学院： 数控学院 摘 要 纸张是印刷行业所使用的重要的基本原料，纸张质量的优劣直接影响印刷品的质量。由于所用纸张的特性的不同，其印刷适性也有明显的区别。为了使各分色片之间达到色彩平衡，在进行校色和层次调节的时候，必须考虑油墨在纸面的呈色效果。 本文先介绍了油墨和纸张的发展前景,基本组成,及主要性能。接着详细地说明了GATF色轮图的应用，印刷品的呈色原理与方式。最后通过实际试验，结合前面介绍过的理论，进行综合分析，得出结论。 本课题的实验采用模拟印刷适性仪测试法.首先，测出实验用的压力和墨量，后根据所测样条密度，计算色相误差及灰度等数据，绘制GATF色轮图，从而清晰观察同一种油墨在铜版纸和胶版纸上的呈色区域和呈色性能的区别。油墨对纸张呈色性能由对色轮图的研究可以预测油墨的再现能力，减少盲目性。 关键词：标准四色油墨 纸张 色轮图 ABSTRACT Paper is print the professions use of important and basic raw material, the good and bad of the paper quantity of the direct influence handout.
