新型越野车分动器设计 专 业: 车辆工程 学 生: 指导老师: 完成日期: 2012-5-21 扬州大学机械工程学院 中 文 摘 要 分动器是四轮驱动完成四轮驱动和全轮驱动汽车的一部分,分动器通过转换装置将动力传递给前桥和后桥,它也就起到了副变速器的作用。分动器将变速器输出的动力输送到前后桥,这样可以作为齿轮,但是现在分动器的生产大多数为链传动。一些汽车,像四轮驱动卡车和越野车这一特性由司机控制。司机可以控制分动器使得两轮驱动或四轮驱动,通常通过移动手动变速箱来完成。在一些车上用电子开关代替。又例如一些全轮驱动跑车有分动器但是不可用,这样的分动器使汽车永远锁定在全轮驱动。分动器设计首先要确定其齿轮的布置形式和轴、换档机构的结构形式等。而后确定分动器的中心距、齿轮模数、齿数等基本数据。最后是对主要零部件的刚度和强度进行校核。 关键词:分动器、设计、越野车 Abstract A transfer case is a part of a four wheel drive system found in four wheel drive and all wheel drive vehicles. The transfer case is connected to the transmission and also to the front and rear axles by means of drive shafts. It is also referred to as a transfer gearcase, transfer gearbox,transfer box or jockey box (Australia). The transfer case receives power from the transmission and sends it to both the front and rear axles. This can be done with a set of gears, but the majority of transfer cases manufactured today are chain driven. On some vehicles, such as four wheel drive trucks or vehicles intended for off-road use, this feature is controlled by the driver. The driver can put the transfer case into either two wheel drive or four wheel drive mode. This is sometimes accomplished by means of a shifter, similar to that in a manual transmission. On some vehicles this may be electronically operated by a switch instead. Some vehicles, such as all wheel drive sports cars, have transfer cases that are not selectable. Such a transfer case is permanently locked into all-wheel-drive mode.
