结核性脑膜炎62例住院治疗临床剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 总结住院结核性脑膜炎(简称结脑)患者的治疗情况,进一步提高诊疗水平。方法 对1997~2005年我所住院收治的62例结脑病例进行分析。结果 结脑患者占总住院患者的2.7%,其发病年龄青少年占48.4%(30例),出现症状至就诊时间平均为37.5 d;合并脑外结核占64.5%,结核中毒症状明显的平均占87.1%,头痛占93.5%,发热占88.7%,颈强占85.5%,呕吐占79.0%,伴有意识障碍及神经症状的占56.5%;高颅压占78.6%,脑脊液检查符合结脑阳性反应的平均占87.5%;经抗结核、降颅压、激素、脑细胞活化剂等综合治疗,好转出院的占87.1%,病情恶化死亡占6.5%。结论 结脑的预后取决于抗结核治疗的早期、以及诊疗方法正确与否有关。因此,今后要加强对结核病健康促进工作的同时,提高医务人员的诊疗水平。 　　【关键词】结核;结脑;早期诊断治疗 　　 　　62 cases of tuberculous meningitis in-patient treatment clinical analysis 　　 　　WU Hong-mei.Yanbian TB Preatmenton Treatment Reseaech Institute,Yanji 133000,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To hospitalized tuberculous meningitis(the knot brain)patients,furter improve the diagnosis and treatment.Methods In 1997~2005,I treated the patient for 62 cases of colorectal cases of cereral analysis.Results:encephalopathy knot of people accounted for 2.7%of the total in-pa-tients,the incidence of youngsters aga accounted for 64.5%,tuberculosis poisning symp-toms,the incidence of youngsters age accounted for 64.5%,tubrculosis poisoning symp-toms,the average Accounted for 87.1%,accounting for 93.5%headache,fever accounted for 88.7%,occupying 85.5%neck,vomiting accounted for 79.0%,with disturbance of con-sciousness and neurological symptoms accounted for 56.5%;intracranial hypertension accounted for 78.6%,in line with cerebrospinal fluid examination of brain node-positive account for an average of 87.5%;by the anti-tuberculosis,reduced intracranial pressure,hormones,brain cells activated a-gent therpy,a turn for the better Accounted for 87.1%of the hospital,whose condition had deteri-orated and death accounted for 6.5%.Conclusion The prognosis of tuberculous meningitis were decided by the methods of correct or wrongofthe early stage of antituber therapy.Therefor,the promoting work of health of tuberculous disease will be enhanced simultaneously,the levels ofmedical personnels of diagnosisand therapy will be increased. 　　【Key words】Tuberculosis; Brain knot; Early dia
