病毒性脑炎患者动态脑电图及常规脑电图对比剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：观察病毒性脑炎患者动态脑电图（AEEG）及常规脑电图（BEEG）情况，探讨两者在诊断病毒性脑炎方面的价值。方法：收集在本院自2009年1月-2015年10月住院的92例病毒性脑炎患者，均给予常规及动态脑电图检查，对比分析两种检查方法中患者脑电图异常率。结果：92例患者均出现常规脑电图及动态脑电图异常，常规脑电图发现轻度异常34例（36.96%），中重度异常58例（63.04%）；动态脑电图检查结果显示，轻度异常19例（20.65%），中重度异常73例（79.35%），两种检查方法检出阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=11.29，P0.05）。常规脑电图检查出7例（7.61%）痫样放电，而动态脑电图检查有31例（33.70%）出现痫样放电，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ 字2=17.37，P0.05）。92例患者均表现为夜间睡眠节律紊乱，睡眠生理波不清楚。结论：病毒性脑炎患者脑电图异常率明显高，其中动态脑电图检查异常率明显高于常规脑电图检查，临床诊断价值更高，值得临床借鉴。 　　【关键词】 病毒性脑炎； 动态脑电图； 常规脑电图； 价值 　　Comparative Analysis of AEEG and REEG in Patients with Viral Encephalitis/ZHANG Bai-jia.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（03）：129-131 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe AEEC and REEG in patients with viral encephalitis，and to explore the value of them in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis.Method：92 viral encephalitis patients were collected from January 2009 to October 2015，these patients were detected by REEG and AEEG，comparative analysis of two methods of EEG abnormal rate.Result：92 cases（100%） were performed abnormal by REEG and AEEG examination.34 cases（36.96%）showed a mild abnormality in REEG，moderate and severe abnormal accounted for 58 cases（63.04%）；19 cases（20.65%） showed mild abnormalities in AEEG，moderate and severe abnormal comprised for 73 cases （79.35%）；the positive rate of the two methods was statistically significant difference（ 字2=11.29，P0.05）.AEEG inspected with 31 cases（33.70%） of epileptiform discharges were found，REEG check in only 7 cases（7.61%） found epileptiform discharge，there was significant differences between the two methods（ 字2=17.37，P0.05）.92 patients showed nocturnal sleep rhythm disorder，sleep physiological wave were not clear.Conclusion：The abnormal rate of EEG is significantly higher in patients with viral encephalitis，the abnormal rate of AEEG is significantly higher than that of REEG examination，and the value of clinical diagnosis is higher，which is worthy of reference. 　　【Key words】 Viral encephalitis； AEEG； REEG； Value
