试谈如何加强土木工程施工管理 　　摘要：从大量土木工程建设的质量管理方面来看，很多建筑企业在对土木工程施工的过程中由于管理方法不科学，管理意识不到位等，使得土木工程质量出现严重的缺陷，社会建筑与城市基础设施建设方面存在诸多质量问题，成为阻碍社会发展的直接隐患。这就要求土木工程监管部门以及工程施工企业认清自己的职责所在，从强化自身项目施工质量管理方面来提升土木工程建设的水平，为社会发展创造良好的环境。 　　关键词：土木工程建设；项目监管；质量管理；问题分析 　　Abstract: from a large number of quality management of civil engineering construction aspect, many construction enterprises in the process of civil engineering construction because of management method is not scientific, management consciousness is not in place, the civil engineering quality of serious defects, the presence of many quality problems of social con
