Typical of theperfect construction of electronic governance among the western developed countries,theinformationguaranteesystemsintheUnitedStatesandBritainhavegreat significancetoChina. Basedon a comparison of the information guarantee systemsin the two developed countries,China should perfect its information guarantee system from aspectsincluding the intensification of information disclosure in the portals,the citizen orientation of electronic public service,the construction of participation network,and the effective bridging of digital divide.
