The Ideological and Political Education for university students is the important part of and important theme of the Ideological and Political Education for graduates. Building a perfect and scientific evaluation system affects the improvement and the success of the Ideological and Political Education for university students straightly. In this article, in the view of the Great Ideology and Political Education, we have analysised the contents of the four aspects for the evaluation system of Ideology and Political Education to university students, and expressed the theoretical significance and practical significance of the evaluation of Ideology and Political Education. On the base of summarizing each aspects experience of the evaluation of Ideology and Political Education, In the view of the ideological and political education for university students, we should have macro view, whole and systematical thoughts to construct the system of the ideological and political education for university students; At the same time, we should explored the evaluation system actively from the micro aspects. In this article, we have analyzed instructor of index system, including target of evaluation, and weight, the criteria and appraisal of result of evaluation. According to the principle of explorative, the authenticity, the feasibility, the continuity, the innovative, we have constructed a set of evaluation system of Ideology and Political Education to graduates.
