Abstract
In the traditional car body net, large numbers of ECUs make the wires in the automobile increase greatly and occupy a vast amount of spatial. With the development of automobile electronic the traditional car body couldn’t be used, LIN bus is a serial communication protocol that be developed to settle the data transport between the ECU and measuring instruments.
A kind of distributed vehicle control system is designed to replace the traditional communication net of the bus. With this method can reduce the multiple lines in the bus and accelerate the response speed of the message. With the combination of high speed CAN and LIN it reduces the error rate and the development problems of interfaces effectively.
The MCU of the design is MC9S08AW16/MC9S08DZ60 which is high performance 8-bit microcontrollers from Motorola Company. It can send and receive the LIN message by SCI communication.
In the aspect of software the thesis chooses C language to accomplish the driving program to make the programe more suitable and practical. Other than these the design also consider the expand function and reserve ports for each circuit. Considering the low-power and reliability design of system, this paper takes many measures on software optimization and real-time analysis. Master-slave node enter into the low-power consumption mode are designed, making use of the vehicle network structure system,and the method of using the first wakened node to wakeup other nodes and finally the whole auto-body control system by LIN bus is adopted.
Last this thesis researches vehicle network structure based on CAN/LIN Bus,and advances one module called reliability module of car network system. First the thesis points out that how the traditional automotive network bus structure will affect the reliability of the vehicle network structure system.
