One-side Crankshaft-linkage Hydraulic Engine (OCHE) is put forward by the university of Qingdao, it integrates traditional engine, hydraulic free piston engine and hydraulic piston engine technology advantage, changed the traditional structure of engine is decorated, very good to improve the above types of engine performance, is a kind of broad prospects in the industrialization of the new type of power plant. This paper analyzes the single structure of crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic engine principle and mechanical model, this paper discusses the two single cylinder structure of crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic motor unique arrangement of connecting rod was established based on ANSYS software of the three-dimensional entity model, and a spring element three-dimensional solid model of crankshaft, connecting rod and the simulation with the crankshaft at work load, determining of connecting rod and crankshaft design optimization of design variables and constraints, determine the connecting rod and crankshaft finite element model of success for connecting rod and crankshaft has been optimized, the resulting before connecting rod and crankshaft design is more reasonable, can satisfy the requirements and conditions of the engine. After optimization, the quality of connecting rod is 3.0912 kg, reduced by 8.35%, the volume of the crankshaft is 15.562×10-3m3, reduced by 6.02%.
