PAGE 2 2012届本科毕业论文（设计） 论文题目：基于Solidworks的矿用隔爆箱的壳体优化设计 学生姓名： 所在院系： 机电学院 所学专业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 导师姓名： 完成时间：2012年5月10日 摘要 考虑到隔爆箱主要用于具有爆炸性危险气体(甲烷等混合物)的煤矿井下。在根据经验法和类比法对矿用长方体隔爆箱壳体进行初步设计的基础上,运用2011版SolidWorks 软件对箱体进行模型建造。 在利用SolidWorks本身自带的有限元分析插件对长方形的箱体在0.7 MPa压力下的应力、 位移、安全系数和变形的分布规律进行分析。获得箱体的应力图、位移图、应变图、和安全系数, 找到了箱体的应力最小薄弱区域和富强区域,在完全不影响使用性能的前提下并对强度富裕区域和薄弱区域进行结构的优化，以便达到降低箱体重量、减少材料用量和环保的目的。 关键词：矿用隔爆箱，壳体设计，SolidWorks，有限元分析，壳体优化 Abstract In consideration of separate to explode the box coal mine well that mainly useds for the dangerous air(methane etc. mixture) that has to explode sex to descend.At according to the experience method and the type foundation that compares the method to the mineral to separate to explode a box of hull body to carry on the initial design with the cuboid up, make use of 2011 version SolidWorks softwares to carry on models set up to a body.
