摘要 瓷码是重要的建筑装饰材料。随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对其质量 的要求也越来越南。由于陶资工艺的复杂性，不可避免的造成陶瓷制品的颜色不 均匀性。本文针对陶瓷行业中现存的色差检测问题，提出了一种基于机器视觉的 包装在线检测方法，解决了陶资企业在大批量生产时由于人工检测速度慢、劳动 强度大、环境恶劣、主观因素对结果影响较大等缺陷。 J 本课题为天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院和广东省华南精密制造技术 研究开发院联合开发的产学研课题。本文结合学科发展趋势和实际应用的需求， ‘ 对线阵 CCD 大幅画扫描技术及彩色图像处理和分析技术进行了研究，设计了瓷 砖色差在线检测系统。该系统以机器视觉为基础，集应用光学技术、计算机技术、 数字图像处理技术、在钱精密测量技术于一体。 本文首先从工程应用的角度分析了图像采集系统的硬件可行性，研究了包括 系统光源、 CCD 传感器、光学镜头、图像采集卡及 10 卡的特性分析和选择标准; 其次在设计与实验中分析和比较了几种图像预处理的方法，例如空间转换、滤波 去噪、图像分割等，确定了适合本课题的处理方法，如以 HIS 颜色空间为基础， 中值滤波为去噪方法，并以门限阙值法进行图像分割:最后，用基于直方图分布 的色差检测方法对瓷砖进行分类，在实验室环境下进行了大量实验，验证了该方 法对铿砖色楚进行动态分类的可行性，获得了实现动态也差分类重复性和稳定性 的王项关键技术。 旧 A 旧 A ABSTRACT Ceramic tile is a kind of commonly used building material.With the improvement of living standard，the requirement for its quality also becomes more and more serious.Due ωthe complexity of the producion ，the ceramic products have the non-homogeneous problems in the color part.Aim at 由e color-difference detection problem exists in the ceramic field，a new color-difference onlíne measuring method basing on the machine vision is proved in this pap前.It can solve 也e problems to a great extent which occur during the mass p刚刚on of tile，such as 伽e slow叩创of manual detection，large labour quantity，harsh environment，subjective factors are ‘ great int1uence to the result and so on.
