Methods After homogeniza- tion of the fruit samples, the pesticide residues were extracted by acetoneitrile, cleaned up by a CleanertPC/NH2 SPE column and then determined by GC using the external standard method. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0.008~0.4 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.99903~0.99993 for herbicides. The recovery rate of labeled samples was 91.43%~100.94%, with the relative standard devia- tions were 5.45%~8.20%, and the detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, and has high precision and accuracy. KEY WORDS: gas chroma
