上海交通大学硕士学位论文大五 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 大五人格对工作满意度及个体创新行为影响研究 VI VI ABSTRACT The Big Five personality contains five dimensions: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness. It is the best model of personality structure, and the first choice for scientists to make academic studies. According to Allports personality theory, Personality has an important impact on peoples emotions and behavior. As a model of personality, the Big Five personality also can make it. Following the logical path of personality – individual emotions - personal behavior, the study introduces job satisfaction as a variable for individual emotions and individual innovative behavior as a variable for individual behavior to explore the inner mechanism of how Big Five personality having impact on job satisfaction and individual innovative behavior. After proposing a theoretical model and the specific assumptions, we collected a large number of data through the questionnaire survey. Then we use statistical analysis software such as SPSS15.0 and AMOS7.0 to conduct empirical analyses of the hypotheses and theoretical model. The main conclusions are as follows: Different dimensions of the Big Five Model have different influences on job satisfaction. Neuroticism has a significant negative influence on job satisfaction while the other four dimensions have positive influence. But the significant levels are different: Extraversion’s influence is on the 0.001 level, Conscientiousness’s influence is on the 0.01 level, and Openness and Agreeableness’s influence are on the 0.05 level. Different dimensions of the Big Five Model have different influences on individual behaviors. Neuroticism and Agreeableness’ influence are positive significant while Extraversion, Openness and Conscientiousness’s influence are negative. And there are also different on significant level: Neuroticism’s influence is on the 0.001 level, Openness’s influence is on the 0.01 level, and Extraversion, Agreeableness and Con
