The interferences of third-party in marriage couples are so common and the society even becomes insensible when it is in confront to such situation .In order to discipline and restrict the occurrence of “third-party” phenomena, the following will continue to define the concepts of third-party, discuss the arising related social problem and the legislation of “third-party’s legal responsibility. Indeed, the discussion will focus on the legislation and the legal responsibilities to be borne by any third-party .who infringe on other marriage couple’s rights and interests, including civil liability, criminal liability and exposure to administrative sanctions.
