First of a11，由e paper analyzed the research on enterprise edueation of university students at home and abroad; reviewed the origin of ente叩ifise edueation of university students; described the development of the enterprise edueation. Secondly，由is paper made the investigation on the status of enterprise edueation in some universities of Liaoning province ，and coIlected 加 information and data on employment related departments ，adopted there seareh methods including literature and interview. We understood the current status of enterprise edueation of the university s阳dents from the understanding and awareness of the university students on enterprise and enterprise edueation; the sta阳.s of the implementation of enterprise edueation in the w甘versity; the university students want to gain the knowledge ，ability and support by ente叩rise edueation; the facing construction of long-term mechanism enterprise edueation major difficulties and obstacles. And，we made an analysis on the reason.s of the problems for three factors， including cognitive awareness; education system; entrepreneurial 副mosphere. Finally，carrying the enterprise edueation ofthe university students which depends on the community，university ，businesses ，individuals
