大学生自我和谐、人际关系及主观幸福感的相关分析-应用心理学专业论文
ABSTRACT
Self-consistency and congruence refers to the coordination of individual’s inernal, and also refers the coordination between the self and experience. And it’s an kind of individual’s inner psychological environment. In a broader sense, interpersonal relationship refers to all aspects of human relations. In a narrow sense, it refers to the direct psychological relations what formed in the process of human interaction. And it’s the individual external psychological environment. Subjective Well-being reflects to individuals whole living conditions, it’s a comprehensive index of the individual’s life quality and affected by both internal and external psychological environment.
This study aims to use quantitative methods to examine the situations of self-consistency and congruence, interpersonal relationship, SWB of college students. We investigated 470 college students with questionaires. We analyze the data by independent-samples t test, variance analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model to detective the relationship among the three variables of self-consistency and congruence, interpersonal relationships and SWB. We also discussed the intermediary role of interpersonal relationships source and the relationship of self-consistency and SWB.
It was found that:firstly, the college students’ condition of Self-consistency and congruence is well, there are significant differences on variables of grade and school batch. Secondly, the situation of college students’ interpersonal relationship is acceptable, there are significant differences on variables of grade and societies cadres. Thirdly, the college students’ SWB in the mid to upper level, there are significant differences on variables of gender, whether only child and family location.Fourthly, there were significant positive correlation on self-consistency and congruence, interpersonal relationship and SWB.Finally, self-consistency and congruence, interpersonal relationship has good predictive
