精品 PAGE 28 广州市小摊贩管理的探讨 摘要： 小贩，存在于世界各地，它已成为城市的一大特色，同时也代表着一种文化，是经济生活的一重要组成部分，对城市的发展有着深远的影响。如何管理好小摊贩，将是未来中国城市管理的一重大考验。我国经济的高速发展，但相应的城市管理与制度却没能跟上发展的步伐，社会的和谐成为当前的一重大问题，城管与小摊贩之间的矛盾也日渐突显。伴随着近年来城管与摊贩之间激烈的矛盾冲突，值得我们去深思。难道小摊贩的存在是不合理的？那为何它却能历经千百年的历史洗礼？那我们应该如何协调管理好城市的小摊贩呢？本文对小贩的起源、历史沿革、发展现状进行分析，以广州市为例，对广州市内各大小贩集中地进行调查研究，结合广州市的政治、经济、文化等各方面的特点，同时亦参照国内外各城市的小贩政策，对广州市的“走鬼”小贩进行探讨，总结出我们应该如何管理好广州的小商贩，推进社会的和谐社会的建设。 关键词：小摊贩；影响；管理政策 Guangzhou City Management of The Small Beach Hawkers ABSTRACT Hawker, found in the world, it has become a major feature of the city, but also represents a cultural, economic life is an important component of urban development has far-reaching impact.
