Activated sludge processing means most of the sewage treatment plant sludge, because of its large, treatment and disposal problems have become increasingly prominent. This makes the sludge reduction became a necessity. Ozone sludge reduction technology does not produce toxic or harmful by-products, the crack high efficiency, lower energy consumption, is the focus of research in the field of sludge reduction. Effects of different sludge concentration and different concentrations of ozone, ozone the catalytic device sludge crack, and explores the impact of ozone oxidation of sludge and mixture properties. Obtain the following main conclusions: Ozone sludge contact reaction apparatus in the ozone concentration 10mgO3/gMLSS,20mgO3/gMLSS,30mgO3/gMLSS.
