安徽建筑工业学院本科生毕业论文 - PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II - 摘要 本文研究了粉煤灰、水灰比、缓凝剂用量对水泥-水玻璃浆体材料凝结时间及硬化后强度的影响。根据试验结果作图进行线性回归分析，研制出了应用于煤矿防灭火且具有堵漏功能的材料。 试验结果表明：合适的施工配合比是水泥浆的水灰比为0.5:1～0.7:1；水泥浆与水玻璃的体积比为1:0.5；水玻璃模数为3.0，浓度为40波美度；缓凝剂用量为1.5%～2.5%；粉煤灰的取代量≤40%。按此配合比配制出的浆体材料凝结时间为2.5min～3.5min,14天强度不低于3MPa；耐水、耐油性均大于3天，耐碱性大于7天，耐酸性在3天左右，耐冻融循环性差；耐火软化温度在1100℃～1250℃。本文同时也设计出了适合水泥－水玻璃浆体材料施工的地下移动式量配比泵连续式注胶系统。 关键词：防火堵漏喷浆；凝结时间；强度；施工配合比；施工系统 Abstract This article studied the influence of water cement ratio, fly ash and retarder dosage on the coagulation time and hardened of cement-Sodium silicate slurry materials.According to the test results by the linear regression analysis, developed materials,used in coal mine,which has the function of plugging and fire prevention. According to the result of the experiment, the results showed the more appropriate proportion construction is:The ratio of water mud water-cement is 0.5:1 ~ 0.7:1;the ratio of mud water volume and sodium silicate is 1:0. 5;sodium silicate module for 3.0, concentration of 40 。Be，;retarder dosage for 1.5% ~ 2.5%;less than 40% of the quantity of fly ash instead.The slurry materials setting time for 2.5 min ~ 3.5 min, 14 days of strength not less than 3MPa according to the proportion; the water resistant, oil resistance are more than 3 days,alkaline resistance is more than 7 days,acidoresistant in 3 days or so,freeze-thaw cycle resistance is bad,refractory softening temperature at 1100℃ ~ 1250 ℃ .This article also designed a suitable continuative note glue pump system for cement slurry water of underground mobile quantity of construction material ratio weave-machines.
