摘 要 教务管理是高校各项管理工作中十分重要而又相当复杂的工作。为了适应教学发展需要使教务人员从繁杂的任务中解脱出来，我们开发了一套功能实用、操作简单、专门解决教学任务管理的系统。使得教务管理从人工化走向人工化和计算机化相结合的办公和规范化、现代化管理。 通过该教务管理系统，教学秘书可以方便的实现导入培养方案、导入教师信息、制定开课通知单等操作；教师登录系统后可以申请调倒课、上传学生成绩、查看成绩分析报表、填写命题分析报告等操作；教研室主任和院长登录后可以对教师申请的调倒课进行审批签字。系统充分体现出导入、导出、自动(导入:即可以把Excel数据批量导入到系统里，导出:即可以把系统里的数据以Excel形式导出来,自动:即系统里统计信息自动完成)三个主要特点来方便教务管理，提高办公效率。通过导入导出使该系统与Excel无缝整合及数据自动生成功能减少管理人员的工作负担。 该平台采用C#语言开发实现，充分利用C#控件方便特性和office的紧密联系的特点实现教师办公一体化。 关键词：教务管理；教学任务；成绩统计  ABSTRACT Educational Management colleges and universities of the management is very important and very complicated.
