****大学 题 目： 毛细管电泳法测扑热息痛含量 院 系： 专 业： 班 级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： PAGE 22 PAGE 21 摘 要 扑热息痛国际非专有药名为Paracetamol，化学名为对乙酰氨基酚。它是最常用的非抗炎解热镇痛药，镇痛作用较弱，无抗炎抗风湿作用，是乙酰苯胺类药物中最好的品种。特别适合于不能应用羧酸类药物的病人。用于感冒、牙痛等症。对乙酰氨基酚，也是有机合成中间体，过氧化氢的稳定剂，照相化学药品。 本文通过毛细管区带电泳法测定不同药物中扑热息痛的含量，在50 mmol/L硼砂(pH 9.23)运行缓冲液中，电压15 Kv，检测波长243 nm的优化电泳条件下，进行分析检测。扑热息痛样品在10 min内出峰，扑热息痛线性范围为10~100 ?g/mL，检出限为0.91 ?g/mL，定量限为3.0 ?g/mL，3次平行进样的相对标准偏差(RSD)为小于2.3%，加标回收率(n=3)为96%~101%。该法快速、灵敏、可靠，结果令人满意。 关键词: 毛细管区带电泳；扑热息痛；标准曲线法；含量测定 Abstract Paracetamol, the international non-proprietary medicine which is called acetaminophen in chemistry, is the most common non-anti-inflammatory antipyretic analgesics, with poor analgesic effect and no anti-inflammatory anti-rheumatic effect. As the best Acetanilide drugs, it?is usually used to cure of colds, toothache embolism and so on, and particularly suitable for the patients who can not take carboxylic acid drugs. Moreover, acetaminophen is used as both the intermediates in organic synthesis and the stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide, as well as the photographic chemicals. In this paper, the content of paracetamol in different drugs was determinated by Capillary zone electrophoresis under the optimal condition of 50 mmol / L borax running buffer, pH 9.23, applied voltage of 15 Kv . Paracetamol arrived its peaks within 10 min, The linear range was 10~100??g/mL, the detection limit was 0.91 ?g/mL, and the quantitation limit was 3.0 ?g/mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of three parallel group 3.5%, the labeled recovery (n = 3) was 96%~101%. The method was proved rapid, sensitive and reliable, and the result was satisfactory.
