PAGE 东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号：复方新凡纳明中青蒿素的分离和鉴定 学生姓名： 指导教师： 所在院系：动物医学学院 所学专业：动物医学 研究方向：中兽医学 中国·哈尔滨 2009年11月 The Baccalaureate Thesis of Northeast Agricultural University Student No.:Artemisinin’s separating and assaying in FuFangXinFanNaMing Candidate: Supervisor: Department: College of Veterinary Medicine Speciality: Veterinary Medicine Major: Chinese Traditional Veterinary Medicine Harbin·China November 2009 摘要 青蒿素是我国发现的全新抗疟特效药，它的许多药物特性还有待研究。本文研究了从复方新凡纳明中分离青篙素的方法，通过对青蒿素进行定性实验和含量检测，为复方新凡纳明中青篙素的分离和检验检测提供理论依据。 实验方法：首先用无水乙醇和石油醚对复方新凡纳明中的青蒿素进行分离；然后用50%乙醇溶液使油状青蒿素形成结晶，并以对二甲氨基苯甲醛试剂对青蒿素进行定性实验；最后采用紫外分光光度法对青蒿素进行含量测定。 实验结果：从复方新凡纳明中分离得到的青蒿素呈透明油状，经50%乙醇结晶后得到无色针状晶体，该晶体的95%乙醇溶液与对二甲氨基苯甲醛试剂反应显蓝紫色。用紫外分光光度法测得复方新凡纳明中青篙素的含量为0.1787mg／ml，经计算其纯度为99.91%。提取回收率实验结果为99.926%。 结论：采用无水乙醇和石油醚从复方新凡纳明中分离青蒿素的方法简便、可靠，复方新凡纳明可作为获取小剂量青蒿素的原料。 关键词：复方新凡纳明；青篙素；分离；定性实验；含量检测  Abstract Artemisinin is a kind of complete new miracle antiperiodic of china,its many medicinal property need to be study further.The text have studied the separate technique of Artemisinin in FuFangXinFanNaMing,by doing qualitative experiment and content testing to it , afford the theory evidence of separation and inspection service of Artemisinin in FuFangXinFanNaMing. Method of the experiment:the first,use absolute ethyl alcohol and aether petrolei to separate Artemisinin in FuFangXinFanNaMing;after that, use 50% alcohol to make oiliness Artemisinin forming crystal,and use para-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde to do Qualitative experiment of Artemisinin;at last,use ultraviolet spectrophotometry to do content testing of Artemisinin. Result of the experiment:the Artemisinin that bave been separated from FuFangXinFanNaMing is colorless transparent oily liquid,?after crystallizing by 50% alcohol,it form colorless and spiculate crystal, whose solution
