PAGE l 温州大学瓯江学院 WENZHOU UNIVERSITY OUJIANG COLLEGE 本科毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 绍兴民营企业竞争力提升策略分析 以纺织业为例 专 业: 国际经济与贸易 班 级: 国贸本四 姓 名: 学 号: 指导教师: 职 称: 讲 师 完成日期: 年4月28日 绍兴民营企业竞争力提升策略分析 以纺织业为例 摘要:纺织业是绍兴的传统产业,经过多年的发展,绍兴已成为中国纺织业发展最具活力、最有影响力的地区之一。纺织业也是绍兴的支柱产业,在全市的经济中具有举足轻重的地位,对全市的经济发展、出口创汇和劳动力就业起到不可替代的作用。然而,随着我国加入WTO进程不断地推进,全球化加深等形势的变化,使得绍兴民营企业充分参与国际竞争,从而给这些企业带来了前所未有竞争压力,加之突出的经济危机使得传统的以劳动密集型为主的绍兴民营企业竞争力薄弱的问题日益突显。这里既包含一系列客观原因,也有民营企业自身内部的问题。如此严峻的形势下,要求民营企业不断改进自身不足,同时通过政府积极帮助和行业协会的正确引导,从而达到提升企业竞争力目的。本文旨在以绍兴支柱产业纺织业为例,分析绍兴民营企业竞争力薄弱的原因,提出相应的策略,从而提高绍兴民营企业竞争力。 关键词:民营企业;竞争力;提升策略 Abstract:Textile is the traditional industry in Shaoxing. After several years of development, Shaoxing has been one of the most dynamic, influential place of textile in China. Textile is also the major industry in Shaoxing, it is very much important for Shaoxing. Because it has played an irreplaceable role in the development of this city’s economy, export and employment .However, as the situation changes, such as process that China joined the WTO goes on and deep globalization, making Shaoxing private enterprises fully participate in international competition.
