琼州学院本科毕业论文 (设计) 2013年度本科生毕业论文 超临界萃取带鱼鱼油的研究 学 院: 理工学院 专 业: 化 学 年 级: 2009级 学生姓名: xxx   学 号: xxxxxxx 导师及职称: xxxxx(教授) 2013年5月 2013 Annual Graduation Thesis (Project) of the College Undergraduate Study on the Extraction of Oil from Ribbonfish by Supercritical Fluid Department: School of Science and Technology Major: Chemistry Grade: 2009 Student’s Name: xxx Student No.: xxxx Tutor: xxxx Finished by May, 2013 摘 要 带鱼是我国四大海产经济鱼类,而且在各种海洋鱼类中其产量最高。其体内的脂肪含量也比较高,脂肪成分中含有较多的不饱和脂肪酸,其中的DHA和EPA是人体的必需氨基酸(EFA),它们具有降血脂、预防动脉硬化、抗炎和抗过敏性疾病、抗肿瘤、健脑名目等重要的生理作用。利用超临界萃取法萃取带鱼鱼油的研究,将会为带鱼的综合利用提供一定的理论依据。 本论文以新鲜的带鱼为原料,研究采用超临界萃取法萃取带鱼鱼油,以带鱼鱼油的萃取率为指标,通过对萃取压力,萃取温度,萃取时间的单因素实验得到大致的萃取条件,然后通过正交试验优化超临界萃取带鱼鱼油的工艺参数,从而确定超临界萃取带鱼鱼油的最佳工艺参数:萃取压力为22.0640 MPa,萃取温度为39 ℃,萃取的时间为165 min,萃取时二氧化碳的流量为15 ml/min。在该条件下带鱼鱼油的萃取率为0.8475%,所得鱼油为浅黄色的油状液体,有鱼腥味。 关键词:带鱼;超临界萃取;鱼油;萃取率 ABSTRACT Ribbonfish(Trichiurus haumela)is the fourth largest marine food fishes of China and it is has the highest yield in a variety of marine fishes. Fish oil is rich in DHA and EPA which contain the unsaturated fatty acid that is very important to human health. Studying on supercritical extraction hairtail fish oil use, will provide theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of ribbonfish . In my study,with the fresh ribbonfish as raw material, I extracted fish oil by using supercritical extraction. Through the single factor experiment of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time to get the roughly extraction conditions,and from the orthogonal experiment I get the conclusion that the optimal process conditions of supercritical extraction is: extraction pressure 26.0640MPa, extraction temperature 39 ℃,extraction time 165min and the carbon dioxide flow for 15ml/min,and the ratio of oil is 0.8475%.
