PAGE l 不同生长调节剂对三种植物扦插的影响 （天水师范学院生命科学与化学学院 甘肃 天水 741001） [摘 要] 以天水师范学院内的三种植物木槿( Hibiscus syriacus L. )、紫藤(Wistaria sinensis)和腊梅（Chimonanthus praecox Link）为材料,进行了硬枝扦插研究。结果表明,植物生长调节剂的浓度和种类对植物扦插生根的影响各不相同 , 100 mg/L的IAA对木槿插穗的处理效果最好，对插穗的生根率的促进作用极为明显，对插穗的根数和根长的促进作用极为显著。200 mg/L的IBA和100 mg/L的IBA可极显著的提高木槿插穗的根数，50 mg/L的IBA对木槿的根长有极显著的效果；200 mg/L的IAA紫藤插穗的处理效果最好，对插穗的生根率有明显的促进作用，对插穗根数和根长的促进作用极显著。100 mg/L的NAA对紫藤插穗的生根率和根数有明显的促进作用，50 mg/L的NAA对紫藤插穗根长的促进作用极显著，200 mg/L的IBA对紫藤插穗的处理效果最差。腊梅插穗均未生根。 [关键词] 生长调节剂 扦插 生根率 The effects of different exogenous hormone on hardwood cutting of three kinds of plants Nie Weiwei Supervisor Chen Quan (School of life science and chemistry Tianshui Normal University Tianshui Gansu 741001 ) [Abstract] Three of plants grown in Tianshui Normal University was used as experimental materials for hardwood cutting ， including Wistaria sinensis、 Hibiscus syriacus L. and Chimonanthus praecox Link. The effects of varieties and concentrations of exogenous hormone on the rooting of hardwood cuttings were investigated. When the bottom of cuttings of Hibiscus syriacus L. treated with IAA at concentrations of 100 mg/L, it had marked effectiveness and had obviously stimulative effect on the rooting percentage and outstanding effect on the length as well as the number of roots. When treated with IBA at the concentrations of both 200 mg/L and 100 mg/L, it had the significant stimulative effect on the rooting of Hibiscus syriacus L., IBA 50 mg/L had notable effect on the roots length of Hibiscus syriacus L., IAA with the concentration of 200 mg/L had the greatest stimulative effect on Wistaria sinensis, and had an apparent effect on rooting rate as well as a remarkable effect on the number and length of the roots. NAA at the concentration of 100 mg/L affected the rooting percentage and the root length evidently on Wistaria sinensis, and NAA 50 mg/L can affect the root length of it obviously, While IBA 50 mg/L was the it. Chimonanthus praecox Link did not root at all.
