The project total investment is 300 million yuan, the construction of the historical and cultural attractions, infrastructure construction, new public service facilities, etc. Papers on the background of the construction of the project, project necessity and feasibility, scenic resources, market analysis and forecast, project construction contents and conditions, project construction, project marketing plan strategy and cultural and environmental protection scheme, investment estimation, financing and the construction period of financial evaluation, arrangement, performance evaluation, risk analysis and strategies of analysis and evaluation, scenic spot construction not only can protect the kiln bay of ancient watery ecological environment to carry forward the historical and cultural heritage, still can drive the kiln bay local economic development, increase government finance income, for the project construction investors with economic benefit, therefore project feasible.
