PAGE l 云 南 财 经 大 学 学生毕业论文 题目：引进FDI对越南经济发展的影响分析 院（系）： 专业： 国际经济与贸易 班级： 学号： 200910100039 论文作者： 指导教师： 指导教师职称： 2013 年 05 月 摘 要 在经济全球化的背景下,外国直接投资逐渐超过政府援助,国际金融市场借贷,成为发展中国家最重要的外资资源。外国直接投资可以援助发展中国家资本不足问题,为发展中国家带来新的技术管理经验。吸收利用外国直接投资成为发展中国家发展开放型经济的主要内容。1986年越共“六大” 以来, 越南实行改革开放的政策, 致力发展国民经济, 取得一定成效。特别是1988年1月颁布《外国在越南投资法》(以下简称《外资法》) 以来, 吸引了大量外商来投资, 对越南经济发展产生了重大影响, 引起了世人瞩目。越南的革新开放, 不论在90 年代中期的经济快速发展时期, 还是金融危机前后经济相对停滞时期, 外国直接投资所起的作用都是举足轻重的, 它给越南经济带来了新的生命力。 2007年加入世贸组织以来,越南把大力吸引FDI作为越南革新开放的重要目标之一,外国在越南的直接投资(FDI)也随着不断的增加，FDI对促进越南经济的发展起到重要作用。越南经济结构的调整一部分来源于FDI重点经济区的推动,带动周边乃至生产经营方式整个国家经济发展,同时外来的设备、技术、管理经验刺激企业生产经营方式向现代化转变,使人力资源、土地资源、地方资源优化运用,提高经济竞争力。不仅如此,FDI还促进越南商务、旅游发展,使越南经济与全球接轨。近年来,越南投资环境的状况论及外商投资的取向及最终对越南经济发展的影响。同时也产生了消极影响。本文针对FDI对越南经济发展过程中的利弊,分析越南的FDI的发展对越南的经济的发展产生的影响以及相关的建议和对策。 关键词：越南；外国直接投资；经济增长； Abstract In the background of economic globalization, International Direct Investment gradually becomes the most popular channel attracting foreign funds for developing countries,surpssing government aid and ternational financial market loans.
