PAGE l 青岛市海运货代行业存在的问题与对策 摘要 本文以经济危机过后经济复苏、全球化和当今我国物流行业蓬勃发展为研究背景，将青岛市海运货代行业作为主要研究对象。由货代行业的简介、存在的普遍问题，具体到青岛市海运货代行业存在的问题，并最终提出相应的对策，这是贯穿全文的思路；主要的研究方法是运用一定数量的数据和图表，使用SWOT分析法探讨青岛市海运货代行业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁；将经济学理论应用到现实的货代行业制度的建立中，使这些理论能够缓解甚至解决货代行业发展中出现的情况。 希望通过本文的努力能够对我国货运代理市场作相对详尽分析，同时针对青岛市海运货代行业的发展提出对策，希望以青岛为例事先尝试这些方法，若可行则可推而广之，并能对我国货运代理市场管理对策的制定和执行有一定帮助，更希望为我国国际货代企业以及准备进入这一领域的业者提供战略决策的参考和依据，这都具有一定的实用价值和现实意义。 关键词：青岛市海运货代；海运市场；问题与对策 Problems and Countermeasures of Qingdao ocean freight forwarding industry Abstract In this thesis, the economic recovery after the economic crisis, globalization and the vigorous development of the logistics industry in China today as the research background, the freight forwarding industry in Qingdao as the main object of study. Brief introduction by the freight forwarding industry, the existence of common problems, specific to the problems of Qingdao freight forwarding industry, and ultimately put forward countermeasures, which is the idea throughout the text; main research method is to use a certain amount of data and charts, using the SWOT analysis method of freight forwarding industry in Qingdao strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; the economic theory applied to real system is established in the freight forwarding industry, so these theories can alleviate or even solve the freight forwarding industry in the circumstances.
