PAGE VI PAGE V 硕士学位论文 （2013届） 高校网络思想政治教育的困境与对策研究 Research on the plight and Countermeasures of University Network Ideological and political education network environmentucon in c的 方法etwork environmentenvironment 作 者 导 师 教授 江苏师范大学法律与公共事务学部 二○一三年五月 摘 要 随着互联网的飞速发展，人类进入了信息化时代，网络正深刻地影响着人们的工作、学习和生活。网络具有虚拟性、信息性、交互性、开放性和超时空性等特点，同时它还具有信息传导、资源共享和优化组合等功能，这些因素就决定了它的发展速度越来越快。网络思想政治教育是思想政治教育与网络相结合的产物，是思想政治教育的继承和发展。 互联网的发展正在对青年学生产生深刻的影响，大学生通过上网可以开阔视野、学习科学文化知识、培养独立意识和创新精神；同时互联网还为学校开展思想政治教育提供了新的平台。我们在看到良好机遇的同时，还要意识到高校网络思想政治教育所面临的挑战，趋利避害，这样才能使其朝着正确的方向发展。 由于教育主管部门重视不够、专业化水平低、人才队伍专业技能欠佳、教育理论体系不完善、其他社会因素等原因的影响，当前高校网络思想政治教育仍然面临着困境，主要表现为教育观念陈旧、方法内容单一、队伍建设滞后、软硬件投入不足以及管理制度不完善等等。所以，高校网络思想政治教育工作要做到四个创新，即观念创新、内容创新、机制创新、方法创新。只有各方面积极配合共同努力，才能做好高校网络思想政治教育工作。 关键词：高校网络思想政治教育；机遇和挑战；困境；对策 Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet, mankind has entered the informational age.Network has a profound impact on peoples work, study and life.It is virtual, informational, interactive, open and hyper-spacial,etc.At the same time, it also has the function of information transmitting, sharing resources and optimizing the combination.These factors determine it will develop faster and faster in the future.Network ideological and political education is the product of the combination of Ideological and political education and network, it is the inheritance and development of Ideological and political education.
