As what we have for construction of civil engineering project basic rely on bidding competition to get, fierce market competition makes our profit space more and more small, the contractor with out exception, should focus on price adjustment, claim aspects. Therefore ,the contractor in the project management in accordance with the contract not only in the time limit for a project ,quality and other aspects of strictly management ,but also effectively pay attention to price adjustment ,claim ,in order to make project obtain good benefit..
