高一英语 Unit5—状语从句（上） 　　本节课主要学习本单元的语法项目—状语从句。　　状语从句是指一个句子的状语由从句充当。一般可分为条件状语从句、时间状语从句、地点状语从句、方式状语从句、原因状语从句、结果状语从句、目的状语从句、比较状语从句、让步状语从句。本节先讲解前5种状语从句。知识讲解：一、条件状语从句　　在句子中做条件状语的从句称为条件状语从句。引导条件状语从句的常用引导词为：if, on condition that, as/so long as, suppose/supposing that, provided/providing that, unless等。在条件状语从句中，一般要用一般现在时表示一般将来时，一般过去时表示过去将来时，现在完成时表示将来完成时。1. if“如果”　　If you heat ice, it melts.　　If you ask him, he will help you.　　If you will wait for a few more minutes, the doctor will see you.　　If it rains tomorrow, I will stay at home.2. unless“除非”　　I will go there tomorrow unless it rains.　　I will go there tomorrow if it doesn’t rain.3. providing/provided that, on condition that, suppose/supposing that“假设”　　Provided it is fine, we shall go.　　I will finish it on condition that you help me.　　Supposing he can’t come, who will do the work?二、时间状语从句　　在句子起时间状语作用的句子称为时间状语从句。引导时间状语从句的引导词主要有： when, while, as, before, after, till/until, once, as soon as, hardly…when…, scarcely…when…, no sooner…than…, since, whenever, immediately, directly, instantly, the moment/minute/instant, every/each time等。1. when, while, as　　when 意为“当…的时候”；while意为“在…期间”，while 引导的从句常用延续性动词或表示状态的词；as 表达“一边 …一边…”。　　I was about to go to bed when the telephone rang.　　When we got to the cinema, the movie had already begun.　　They rushed in while we were discussing problems.　　He sang as he walked.　　As the sun rose the fog disappeared.　　When/As I was walking in the street, I heard someone calling my name.2. before“在…之前”　　It will not be long before you regret for what you’ve done.　　It won’t be long before you understand that.　　He fell down from the ladder before he knew what had happened.3. till/until　　意为“直到…时”，表示主句的动作发生在从句的动作之前。当主句的谓语动词是延续性动词时，主句常用肯定形式；当主句的谓语动词是非延续性动词时，主句常用否定形式，not…until意为“直到…才”，这时until可以用before来代替。　　I’ll stay here until you come back.　　She didn’t arrive till/until the concert was over.　　It was not until midnight that he finished his work.4. hardly…when…, scarcely…when…
