摘 要 摘 要 随着信息技术的快速发展以及市场竞争加剧，企业对自身和市场信息的处理 能力已经称为其参与国际化市场竞争的必备能力。当前，为数众多的中小企业为 我国经济发展做出了重要贡献，中小企业的信息化水平对我国经济持续快速发展 至关重要。受到资金、人才、技术和市场环境等因素制约，中小企业开展信息化 工作的难度非常大，而且成功率非常低。而且，当前主要的ERP 系统多数面向大 型企业开发，其功能完备、系统复杂、价格昂贵、实施周期长等特点，无法满足 中小企业信息化的需求。因此，研究面向中小企业切实可行的信息化系统选型、 项目实施管理的方法非常重要。 本文提出利用开源ERP 系统在中小企业开展信息化工程的解决方案。开源系 统以其低成本、功能完备、系统耦合度低、升级速度快、模块可裁剪等特点，非 常适合中小企业的信息化应用。本文以中小企业信息化实施方法论研究为核心， 通过企业建模及需求分析、软件系统的选型、信息化实施准备、系统并行实施等 几个方面，以当地一个机电产品制造企业的信息化实施为蓝本，研究了开源 ERP 系统实施的过程和管理方法。通过对样本企业的实施过程的研究和实践，总结出 一个切实可行的中小企业信息化解决方案。 关键词：中小企业，企业资源规划，开源系统，项目实施 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT By the rapid developing of information technology and intensifying market competition, the ability control and management of information from inside and outside has already become necessary capacity for enterprise to participate in international competition.
