上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 I I 改善汽车涨紧器装配生产效率的研究 摘 要 精益生产作为一种先进的生产管理方式，被现代制造企业广泛采用，企业通过实 施精益生产来达到降低生产成本、提高生产效率、缩短生产周期、提高产品质量、从 而提高企业竞争力。精益生产是一个追求完美、精益求精的过程，致力于改善生产过 程中一切不合理的地方，消除企业经营活动中一切不增值的活动，提高劳动生产率， 消灭浪费，持续改善，精益求精。 本文基于精益生产相关理论，综合运用工业工程及精益生产的相关技术方法，根 据涨紧器装配车间的现状，识别出生产流程中出现的问题，制定并实施了一套精益生 产方案，从以下几个方面对 G 公司生产线进行了旨在提高生产率，增加单位面积产能 的改进研究。首先涨紧器装配车间对工序流程进行改善，利用 ECRS（取消、合并、 重排、简化）原则和 5W2H 方法，减少流程中的检测过程，消除不必要的非增值活动。 其次，通过作业改善和优化，平衡装配线，使生产线平衡率从 57%提高到 83%左右。 接着，为了消除物流中的交叉混乱，辅以生产布局的改善。同时，装配车间通过标准 化作业，保证生产可视化和准时化。 最后总结改善结果，并阐述了持续改善活动(Continuous Improvement Process, CIP)具体推进办法。持续改进是精益生产的重要内容。 论文的研究成果，为企业的生产提高生产效率提供了依据，为企业进一步推行精 益生产打下了良好基础。 关键词： 提高生产率、精益生产、持续改善（CIP） 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文ABS 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT II II STUDY ON IMPROVING ASSEMBLY EFFICIENCY ABOUT ABUTOMOTIVE TENSIONER ABSTRACT Lean production as an advanced production management way, is widely used in modern manufacturing enterprise, the enterprise through implementing lean production to reduce production cost, improve production efficiency and shorten the production cycle time, improve product quality , so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Lean production is process of pursuit of perfection, keeping improving production process where all the unreasonable, eliminate all none added value activities in enterprises, to improve the productivity, eliminate the waste and continuous improvement.
