In this thesis the construction progress and safety problems will be focused to research about mutual influence and restriction between each others. Firstly, this thesis analyzes factors that affect on construction progress and construction machinery selection. Secondly, it considers the construction safe ventilation and establishment of safe ventilation evaluation system is established. Specific work done as follows: In order to solve the one-way cavity tunnel mucking produced in the process of using the mechanical - loader, dump truck; Used to in the process of tunnel concrete lining machinery, tank, pump, mixer, the two problems in mechanical optimization problems, this paper adopts the closed Queuing network model, simulate the tunnel mucking system and tunnel concrete lining system operation process, are calculated respectively under different mechanical configuration tunnel mucking system and target of tunnel concrete lining system parameters and the production efficiency, and with each side excavated material (concrete) in tunnel mucking system (tunnel concrete lining system) the lowest cost for optimal basis, and selected the corresponding machinery configuration is the optimal configuration. Cavity ventilation system as an important part of cavity construction, to maintain security of cavity construction plays a very important role, cavity ventilation system are in good condition, the safety of the cavity energy-saving reduction and disaster relief, plays an important role, is the guarantee of cavity production safety system, therefore, judging a cavity ventilation system security has important practical significance.
