东北大学1i9L1:学位论文 摘要 粉煤灰多孔承重砖生产线投资项目的 可行性研究 摘要 墙体材料革新，既是保护耕地、节约能源、改善环境、实施可持续发展战略 的重要措施，也是促进墙体材料结构调整和技术进步，提高建筑工程质量和改善 建筑功能的需要。 锦州东港电力有限公司提出的建立粉煤灰多孔承重砖生产线的投资项目是经 锦州巾计委批准的项目，整个工程建设期仅为 1 年，计划投资 1415.6 万元。 可行性研究是投资决策的重要依据，工程建设前对其进行必要的可行性研究， 可以提高投资决策的科学性，避免和减少由于决策失误可能导致的重大损失。本 文主要内容包括: 市场调研。从国家政策、环保政策的要求和地区经济发展的需要等方面，系 统地分析了项目的市场前景。 建设条件及方案选择。从原料供应到施工条件，从技术、设备和工程等方面 论述了本项目具备了建设、投产的条件。 环境保护分析。对粉煤灰烧结砖可能造成的儿种污染状况作了分析，并提出了 适当的治理措施，使各项指标控制在国家标准之内。 投资估算与财务评价。运用适当的方法对工程进行了合理的投资估算，并对 项目进行了财务分析与评价。 通过本文的研究，得出该项目从技术、市场、经济上都是可行的结论。 关键词:粉煤灰可行性研究财务评价 -11- 东北大学硕l学位论文 Abstract Feas i b i I i ty study of i nvestment project for porous bearing brick with fly ash product I ine Abstract Reform of wa11 materia1 is the most important measur 巳 to prote 巳t p1ow1and ， to economize energy sources ，to meliorate envirment and to bring stratagem of continua1 deve10pmcnt into effec t.And the same time i t i s a1so significativ 巳 to accelerate wa1l materia1 frame regu1ate and techno1ogy progress to improve bui1d project qua1ity and build function. The project for sintering brick with f1y ash which is advanced by ]inzhou Donggang Electric CO.LMD is authorized by ]inzhou Plan Council. The whole engine building course is one year. The invest plan is 14456 thousand yuan The feasibi1ity study is the mean gist of investment di 巳 ision.The essential feasibility study prior to the constriction of the project can improve the scientific va1ue of the project ，and to avoid ，reduce greal loss caused by errors in policy一m日king.
