中国政法大学硕士学位论文 新三板企业投资价值研究——以WLS企业为例 STYLEREF 样式1 \l \* MERGEFORMAT ABSTRACT PAGE 42 PAGE I STYLEREF 样式1 \l \* MERGEFORMAT 摘 要 论文编号： 新三板企业投资价值研究 ——以WLS企业为例 中国政法大学研究生院 二○一六年四月 新三板企业投资价值研究 ——以WLS企业为例 摘 要 随着我国资本市场的迅猛发展，不同的投资人和企业，都有不同的需求和关注点，而投资人和企业之间，就需要有多种金融服务来满足双方的需求，所以我国资本市场主要划分为，主板市场、创业板市场、全国中小企业股份转让系统（俗称新三板）、区域性股权交易系统、和证券公司主导的柜台市场。其中新三板挂牌被主板、中小板、创业板，手续简单，排队时间到挂牌很快。相比较区域性股权交易系统、和证券公司主导的柜台市场，又活跃的多。本文是针对初步筛选准新三板企业投资价值的研究。本文首先阐述新三板企业吸引投资的优势。其次，试着说明企业价值从哪些方面体现找到影响企业价值的因素。最后，用实质性方法发现企业价值的证据，为保障投资者投资收益增长。 关键词：初步挑选、新三板、企业价值 ABSTRACT With rapid development of the capital market in China, domestic investors and enterprises alike now have different needs and focus upon investment, which leads to the birth of different financial services.? The Chinese capital market are currently divided into different segments, viz main board market, growth enterprise market, National Equities Exchange and Quotations, NEEQ for short (aka new three board), regional equity trading systems as well as the over-the-counter market dominated by securities companies.? Among all these segments, the new three board excels main board market and growth enterprise market in that it requires less time and offer easier procedures for listed enterprises.? Likewise, it surpasses regional equity trading systems as well as the over-the-counter market with more dynamic. This paper shows the advantages that new three board listed enterprises have in terms of attracting investment. It then tries to explain on what aspects an enterprise shall reflect its values.? The purpose of the research is find out the elements having an impact on the values of an enterprise by applying substantial approaches, thereby securing the earnings growth of its investors.
