摘要 教育与人的发展问题?是教育的永恒主题。为学生的发展而教 育是我们必须树立的核心理念。教育的核心价值应该是促进发展: 教育必须建立一个以人为中心的，与自然环境、社会环境高度 协调、和谐的生态系统，通过充分发展人的个性并加强对人权的尊 重，促进入的主动健康、全面和谐发展，从而实现人类、经济、社 会和自然生态的可持续发展。培养个体主动发展的能力是基础教育 开发人的生命潜能的最本质的任务费地理教育应把形成学生主动、 健康发展的意识与能力作为核心价值。地理教学最基本的立足点是 为学生的多方面主动发展服务。教学过程的本质是为学生创造一种 更有成效的互相激发智慧和创造力的环境声让学生的创造力互相激 励?从而产生使他们终身受益的智慧。以学生发展为本的地理教学 应该追求这样一种新境界 z ①真正的学习是用头脑和心灵充实智 慧;②知识不一定就是力量?知识的运用才是力量 F 知识的创造 性运用即智慧:③地理教学的独特价值是培养学生的地理智 慧一一即通过综合性、空间性和全球性思维 9 创造性地运用地理 知识以促进入、自然、社会的可持续发展。 关键词 z 教育价值步发展教育萝地理教育声地理教学观，地 理教学模式 ABSTRACT The development problems of education and people are an eternal theme of education. The key idea that we must establish is to educate for students development. Pro- moting development should be the key value of education. Education should take people as 飞he center，and it should be a harmonious ecosystem which is highly coordi- nating with natural environment and social environment.ln order to realize the sustainable development of mankind ， economy ，society and nature ，we should fully develop peo- ple s indìvidual character ，respect human rights ，promote people s healthy ，overall and harmonious development on their own initiative. The most essential task of basic education lies in developing the latent energy of people and fostering the capacity of individual development on their own. Geography education should take developing the idea and ability ofstudents healthy development on their own initiative as the key value. The essence of teaching process is to create a kind of more effective environment which wil1 stimulate the students intelligence and cre- ativity mutually.
